What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? I have experience running races up to the 100-mile distance. I specialize in endurance events, particularly trail running. I have experience coaching all ages, from elementary up to the elderly. I am committed to finding solutions and figuring out how to help you become a better runner.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I didn’t start running until a friend convinced me to start running Lake Merritt. At first it was miserable. But then, as I improved over time and began running with greater ease, I really began to love it, particularly distance trail running. I want to share my passion and what I have learned.

What do you love most about your job? My goal as a coach is to help others train well (the right things, in right amounts, and the right intensities, depending on the person) so they can run faster, with greater ease, and with less risk of injury. This is my passion as a coach: to help others discover the joy of moving free.
