David Blais has spent his tenure as a coach working with clients of all ages and abilities, including collegiate and professional athletes. The Institute for Sport Performance & Wellness, a space of more than 2,400 square feet, includes an open concept training floor and power-lifting platforms, as well as a yoga program to help athletes prevent injury. Blais and other trainers teach children and adults fundamental conditioning skills, and guide adults through yoga poses. Special Mom & Baby Fit workouts help whip new mothers back into shape while in the company of their little ones. The coaches also provide dry-land training camps for hockey players and mermaids-in-training.
