What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? We specialize in anxiety, depression and everyday stress. We offer meditation for groups, corporate and individual sessions.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I became more interested in Mindful Meditation when I saw anxiety and depression take over people's everyday life. I saw that many medical professionals give medication but no one suggesting or referred their patients to a Meditation facility. Found that this has been a cure for many health issues.

What do you love most about your job? I love helping people live a happier life!
