Eli Fish Brewing seeks to balance timeless traditions while looking forward, finding inspiration for its name from the old Fish's Malt House, Batavia's 19th century brewery, while pushing flavor forward into the 21st century. It seeks to revive the Batavia downtown area, bringing both business and life, one pint of eclectic drafts at a time. Even in its space, the refurbished JJ Newberry building downtown, it displays the duality of eras: the classic exposed red brick with furnished wood tables in a contemporary open layout.

• Awry Rye Saison: locally grown rye smooths and dries the juicy, dancing bursts of hops (5% ABV)
• Ellicott Stout: the froth left behind on the lip drips of sweet and malty flavors (4.5% ABV)
