What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our main goal is to make our clients happy. To us that means taking the time to talk to our clients and make sure they know what we are doing and make sure we have the PC running the way they want it. We never talk down to our clients or make up tech mumbo-jumbo.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our inspiration to start our business came from seeing people frustrated and in pain over their computer problems. We take great joy in taking that pain away and making our clients have a stress-free computer experience.

What do you love most about your job?
My favorite part of my job is watching relief wash over my client's faces when I am able to save their data and pictures. I love making people happy.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
