What do you love most about your job?
To see the customer's face after the job is completed, in most cases they can't believe that, the same tub that gave them an eye soar is now a main attraction in their bathroom.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
costumer had a full bathroom. He wanted the whole works done Jacuzzi tub,two his and her sinks, walk in shower. when job was completed costumer told me that the work I did was high in very upscale and he feels the price $1800 I gave him was to cheap. costumer gave me a $200 tip!!!
