Issa Musharbash is the President & CEO; Broker of Record at Provident Legacy Real Estate Services with offices in Bayonne, Jersey City and East Rutherford, NJ. In 2016 Issa Musharbash and his team of highly accomplished professionals established Unshakeable Productions, an in-house media department turned full service film company focused on sharing the compelling stories of real estate professionals.

In late 2017, Bayonne's Mayor appointed Issa Musharbash as a commissioner on the City's Planning Board. Issa is a frequent speaker on topics that focus on leadership, personal responsibility, sales productivity, persuasion, time management, and much more. Issa has spoken on many stages, including one with the Legendary Les Brown and at the headquarters of iconic brands such as Zillow Group and Linkedin. As a teacher at heart, he finds his purpose in empowering the next generation of professionals.
