What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

Our Innovative and chic salon offers haircuts, color treatments, nail and sugar / waxing services. We have made sure to think of every aspect to make their experience the best. From the moment you step into the salon, we offer a variety of complimentary beverages, our shampoo area is equipped with state of the art fully reclining shampoo beds for your maximum relaxation and we only use Christophe Robin hair products, a luxury hair care line imported from France and butter LONDON nail products. You will leave our salon rejuvenated, refreshed and most importantly feeling amazing.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Jérôme Charles wouldn’t be the same stylist had he not traveled so extensively. From his native Paris, he brings the knowledge he gained at the L’Oréal Institute. From his stint as a stylist at the famed José Eber salon in Beverly Hills, he brings the skills he developed working on celebrity clients. Traveling around the US and working for some of the best salons, the main area that kept lacking was the focus on customer service. Creating an intimate and relaxing space to really focus on our clients was the main priority. Our goal is to met and satisfy the highest expectation of our clients. Making them look and feel beautiful, while giving them an experience they won’t forget.

What do you love most about your job?

Transforming someone is the most gratifying part about being a stylist. Being able to see someones demeanor and confidence change is very rewarding.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

The best reaction would have to be seeing someones eyes well up from happiness from the results of their transformation. I don’t like to make people cry, however, it is one of the most genuine reactions to how they are feeling in the moment.
