What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

Scratch Batch Cakes offer delicious cakes, cupcakes, and custom cakes made from scratch. We pride ourselves on "bringing cake visions” to life. We bake all of our products on-site, unlike other bakeries, we don’t buy wholesale and re-package.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Scratch Batch is a family owned business. After years of serving delicious baked goods in the community, we realized in order to continue to serve, we had to expand to a storefront. We value our local patrons and community. Our hope is to revitalize the community.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

The “Happy-Dance”! Every time a customer tastes our products they’re usually gracious enough to share a spontaneous dance move, a.k.a. “Scratch-Batch Happy-Dance”.
