The sushi chefs at MoMo Island craft plenty of the classics—caterpillar rolls, dragon rolls—but they also infuse their menu with local pride. The 49ers roll, for example, combines salmon, cucumber, and thin slices of lime, and the Giants roll combines red and white tuna with avocado and ebi shrimp on top. Refreshing sides round out each meal, from seaweed salad to edamame.
