YogaKula's hardwood-floored studios play host to all-levels yoga classes, as well as advanced ones that challenge physiques with handstands and arm balances. However, despite its name, yoga is just one facet of the studio's mission and the onsite spa offers myriad relaxing treatments. Thai massages, for example, release muscle tension with assisted yoga poses, and facials combat aging, dryness, and your eyes' slow drift down to your neck. In addition to classes, instructors also offer workshops, training programs, and community gatherings, all of which are designed to fully engage with the various ways in which yoga and pilates promote physical and mental health.
