What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
No workout is ever the same! Our training has 16 different styles of workouts ranging from cardio-focused to strength-focused and everything in-between. Never run on a treadmill again! You will burn up to 1000 calories in 45 minutes. But best of all our workouts are for people of all fitness levels!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We have screens all-over the studio counting down the stations along with music to keep you in the groove. Our trainers will be with you every step of the way. But for those bored of the same routine, you will be challenged with a new workout every time you step in the studio!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Going to a big box gym does not always bring results or keep you motivated. We also saw many fitness studios that bored us with long periods on the treadmill or doing the same exercise over and over. We knew they was a better way to get results and never get bored!
