laehfles is a Health Boutique with a community vibe that combines exciting fitness classes, flexible fitness nutrition training with mindfulness sessions for a total life transformation. Group nutrition challenges teach you how to get the most out of your workouts - even by taking a quick chocolate break mid-class!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My inspiration was to free women (and men) from misinformation about how to lose weight, how to eat “healthy,” how to “get in shape” and negative self-talk. These damaging messages have left people confused about how their bodies work and how their metabolism functions. laehfles provides people tools to raise their metabolic baseline, learn how and when to eat any/all foods and how to create a lean physique. This is our passion and our goal for all bodies and shapes in any current condition. We want to help you - whether you are “skinny fat” but still feel weak from spacing away to hours of cardio and starving your weight down, or you are struggling with sugar addiction, disordered eating, or over-eating habits. We believe ALL humans may suffer from some form of disordered eating habits due to the lack of education about how our bodies work on a cellular. We provide a great deal of education about how our bodies react to different types of exercise and different macronutrients (protein, carbs, and fat).
What do you love most about your job?
We get to connect with people on an authentic and meaningful level…and help them shed their layers, uncovering their best, finest selves. It’s an honor to walk this path with our laehfles lares.
