We offer a different workout everyday with no set class times. A personal trainer is always there to help guide, motivate and encourage you through the workout so that you can see results fast!

What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
Always go at your own pace, have fun and enjoy each three minute round as before you know it, you are heading over to the next station. :)

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
A Champion Kickboxer who discovered how much fun people were having while learning and getting a GREAT Kickboxing workout!

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the smile on the members faces when they are done with their workout and hearing them say, "that's the best workout yet" every time and the sound of the bell letting me know what an AWESOME workout they got!
