My experience on one-on-one instruction with Dano, owner of DANO:body was great! The lesson was in a personalized and inspirational setting. My Pilates session was a mix of mind-body exercises using the reformer equipment and props. Dano was consistent with making sure I focused on smooth, fluid movement and proper breathing; helping me to become more aware of how my body feels, where it is in space, and how to control the movements.
