I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time and then she spent the whole time complaining about people who use Groupons and gossiping with other clients. When I got home I realized that my lashes were lopsided. Only one eye actually had lifted lashes! WORST experience by a beauty professional ever.

This place was closed and nobody answered the phone when I showed up for my appointment. And then my Groupon said it was used!

It was ok. I had a lot of dye left on my lashes when I left there which pulled some lashes out. The perm did curl my lashes, though. It was really hard to find the address.

They did my lashes once and at the end of the service they were not too curled. Instead of just letting me leave the salon they asked if I wanted to do the process again to get better results. That is what I consider great customer service. Thank you and I will be coming back :)

She doesn't have the small rods for lash perming. So if you don't have long lashes, don't bother, go somewhere else. I bought the package that came with 2, but I was so unhappy with the first one that I told her I didn't want to go back for the second. She told me to request a refund from Groupon since I'm unsatisfied with the job but I still see no refund. I got my lashes done 3 other times since then from a lash place in city of industry afterwards and I'm happy
