I hate to report this but Maro did her first Brazilian Blowout on my hair in Aug. 2015 which was excellent! and performed at a salon in B.H. The 2nd Brazilian Blowout done Nov. 2015 at my home, was horrible. The technique and product was completely different than the first application and it left my hair frizzy& unmanageable. Now a year later Nov. 2016, I was desperate for the first result, so I offered to pay additional money to ensure effectiveness of Brazilian Blowout, my husband & I know the smell was different and less potent and again the technique was different and it left my hair frizzy and unmanageable, which lets me know once again, I was not given the product I paid to receive. I just wanted to pay for what I received the first time. Hard to find consistent quality.
