MERGE Workout, Beverly Hills

MERGE Workout was born from celebrity and career personal trainer Alfonso Moretti's desire for a balanced, non-impact whole-body workout regimen that minimized risk of injury. Thus came MERGE, which utilizes three different exercise tools that work on both the front and back of the body: the First Degree Fitness Fluid Rower, Schwinn Airdyne Pro Bike, and CrossCore RBT System. Certified trainers lead small groups in 45-minute sessions that incorporate these tools for a high-energy workout focusing on core stability, cardiovascular fitness, and total body strength.
