Let me start by saying if I could give this place 0 stars I would. This was the most unprofessional office I've ever stepped foot in. I bought a Groupon for a 60 minute acne facial, booked an appt for 3:00 on a Saturday. I got a text at 2:50 that the appt before mine was running late and said that was fine, as it gave me more time to find the "valet" parking they offer. They don't have valet parking--it is self park and it's $6 cash only--not mentioned in the voicemail when I called them 10 times trying to ask where their parking lot was. So I finally find the guy in the lot who says it's not valet and does cost $6 cash. I get up to the office and the door is locked. So I knock and call and no response. At 3:05 (mind you my appt was at 3:00) i get a text saying they are running late meeting with a doctor up the street. Last I checked they were late because of a patient before me. White lies and bs. I hear someone sprinting up some stairs down the hall and the girl says she's sorry. It's 3:30 at this point. They asked if I wanted to stay for a free mini treatment. So I said ok because I was already there and had already paid for parking. She asked my name about 10 times. I don't care if you can't remember my name, but please don't ask me a dozen times and show that you don't have the capacity to remember it. She continued to ask me the same thing over and over again, asking each question maybe 15 times. The entire time I'm lying there Angela keeps going on and on about how she's "graciously" giving me these more expensive things for free. I don't really care, I just wanted what I paid for so please don't make me feel guilty that you're "giving" me things for free when all I wanted is what I paid for.
So what an experience but at least they didn't scan my Groupon. So they made my appt for 2 weeks later to redeem my Groupon. It was a 60 minute Acne facial. My appt was at 2:00 and this time I knew to skip the "free valet" and just find street parking for $2 instead. So I get up to the appt and am surprised to find the door is not locked. Angela takes me back at 2:05, makes a comment that she's sorry I showed up late my for my first appointment which I had to let her know that it was actually her who showed up late, puts something on me to open my pores, leaves the room for 15 mins, comes back, spends 7 minutes (I timed it, 7 minutes) actually touching my face. For a 60 minute acne facial she spent less than 10% of her time actually touching my skin. The rest of the time she spent talking about how her clients love her and how great she is, oh and about how she's giving me all of these extra thing for free which is just a bunch of bs. Then she says she's done. I get up, put my top back on, check the mirror and make sure she didn't ruin me, spent another minute getting my things together before I see that it's only 2:47 and I had already been up walking around for a couple of minutes. I walk out and tell the receptionist who is the most painful person to communicate with that my appt was for a 60 minute facial and I was in there for 40 minutes to which she just says, "sorry, but you did get the mini treatment before." So now, I'm penalized for your mess up when you showed up 30 mins late to my first appointment. What a joke.
My skin looks no different than it did the day before I went. Save your money, save your time, save your frustration, go elsewhere. I will be reporting them to Groupon and letting them know that they aren't completing the services that are on their vouchers. Please save your time and money and go somewhere with some professionalism.
