It's at her apt. not a salon. Hair washing is difficult. Nice and professional.

I am very thankful for the most gorgeous hair cut and style I have ever had just for the New Year. I felt very confident with this amazing
beauty. I received many warm words from my friends about my look.

Her son Jonathon was very nice and tried to help me get a cut that I liked, but I had to tell them several times that I wanted it shorter and a different style. Yvette argued against it, and one point directly telling Jonathon "don't cut it more." Even though I kept trying to explain I wanted it short. When the hair cut was "done" and I asked to change it because it was not what I had asked for and I felt uncomfortable with it she was so rude she made me cry, saying things like "next time bring in a picture so your hairdresser doesn't waste hours for just [the price of the groupon]." She didn't lay up until Jonathon repeatedly told her to stop because he could tell how inappropriate she was being. Poor Jonathan had to try and console me as he changed my hair, but I still felt like I couldn't really get the cut I wanted. I would not want to give Jonathon a bad review because he tried his best to help me and offered to let me come in again for free if I wanted it shorter (which I maintained that I did) but it was by far the worst experience I have ever had getting a hair cut.
