I was not impressed with the staffs attitude. We walked in and you could hear her talking to someone on the phone about Groupon, she was obviuosly annoyed with the person on the other end. After she hung up and said hello to us and we mentioned we too had a Groupon she was not nice and said you must purchase more the the Groupons value to use it and seemed to be annoyed with us being Groupon customers. I even told her that we lived in the neighborhood and had never been in and was surprised about everything thing they had besides shoes. I would have gone back if I was welcomed. Attitude was very poor for an upscale shop. She never smiled, horrible customer service. Also, the purse I bought had the manufacturers tags cut out; very suspicious.
