The staff in the office were amazing as well as the maintenance guy and everyone employed there they made my entire family feel way more welcome than the place we stayed the night before (shhh) across the street. Only bummer no snow but we will definitely stay here every time we are in big bear beautiful clean cabin and grounds

I feel robbed. The cabin was nice but... First check in is at 3! Check out at 11, that's not nearly enough time for the price, the front desk lady was not giving in at all. We were told it was a fully stocked kitchen. No silverware and very very small pans. We had to buy our own toilet paper, and our reservation was for 4 people and we had two towels. Front desk never answered the phone

Cute cabins, liked that it had a small kitchen and microwave, fridge with ice, and kitchen tools and utensils. But the sheets in the bed were dirty and the bathroom had no soap or shampoos. So bring your own and extra toilet paper.

Staff was nice. It's not a resort . Step below motel 6. Funky layout, dated,I. E. 1950's cheap cheap decor.
