Kinda hard to find location in warehouse row so allow yourself time before appt. Nice staff. Good work styling my dog

Made an appointment for 9 am and my pup along with several others were waiting for the door to open. This was supposed to be a day of pampering but instead was a day of waiting in a kennel to be bathed and nails clipped. I didn't want to leave my pup and almost decided to leave without the grooming. I will not ever use this service again and nor would I purchase another groupon for my sweet Lyla girl again
