"Fun in the sun" is a selling point for any summer camp worth its bug juice, but GoSolar! Kids takes that maxim a step further, focusing their activities on fun with the sun. All of the program's hands-on activities let kids engage directly with green-energy practices and technology, including solar power, gardening, and wind energy. GoSolar! offers a slate of year-round programs and events as well, such as before- and after-school classes, birthday parties, and custom build-a-workshops, which allow schools and organizations to design their own energy-focused workshop.
