South Twin Cities Health and Wellness is here to attend to your body's aches and pains. We do this primarily through soft tissue mobilization techniques, rehab exercises, and spinal manipulation. We also understand that some people need time in their week for stress relief, and we have options for that as well. We do no set you up on long term treatment plans. Our goal is to listen and understand what your body needs. Then we will set up goals care options to achieve that as quickly as we can.
