9Rounds is designed to cater to beginner, intermediate and advanced fitness levels. We design work outs that are easy, fun and change everyday. Our trainers make sure you're never alone on the floor and can modify the program to suit your needs.
While most gyms have class times we don't need those here! We have 9 kickboxing stations per work out that are 3 minutes each and there's a 20 second active rest in between each round making the work out exactly 30 minutes long so you can easily fit it into your busy schedule!
