Our gym focuses on private memberships and trainers looking to become entrepreneurs where clients no longer have to pay a gym membership and a separate trainer fee just to get into their desired fitness goal. Clients can become a member or just work with a trainer at your individually negotiated training rate.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?

Because trainers are private and are not employed by the gym, it allows for that trainer to be as personalized as possible to help their client feel as confident about reaching their goals as possible!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

To create a gym that is not only unique and different but that also caters to all styles of training with the best made equipment in America. Also to work with the best independent trainers around and help them be successful.
