Fitness enthusiast and founder of Core Evolution in Florida, Marina Perrone, has mastered every workout under the sun. Whether she is running, hiking, kickboxing or doing Pilates, Marina is constantly striving to push herself to her physical limits. Her relentless determination and love of a challenge is what led Marina to celebrity fitness trainer Sebastien Lagree and the Lagree Method. Perrone states, “The Lagree Method wrapped all the benefits from my favorite fitness methods into one. Before I opened my own studio, I worked a full time desk job with a two-hour commute. Finding the time to make it to a workout class and get everything in (cardio, strength training and stretching) was difficult. Then I found the Lagree Method and truly felt like it offered everything my body needed.”

Marina, who is an advocate for healthy living, stresses that the Lagree Method not only keeps your body in tip top shape, but makes you feel clear headed, energetic, confident, strong and light on your feet all in one time efficient workout. “Healthy living isn’t just about how you look, its about how you feel,” says Marina.

A Former Art Director at the Home Shopping Network and graduate of Ringling College of Art and Design, Marina was first attracted to Lagree Fitness by its signature workout machine, “The Megaformer.” Marina states, “I knew that if someone put that much thought into making such a visually enticing machine, the workout had to be incredible. I stepped foot into the studio and with one class, I was addicted.”

Marina, who prides herself on her ability to recognize potential and explore it to its fullest views opening a fitness studio as a way to embrace her health conscious mentality and entrepreneurial nature. When Marina, a Sarasota native, noticed that Palm Beach County did not yet have a Lagree Method studio, she moved across the state for the opportunity to share her passion with her fellow Floridians. Marina adds, “Palm Beachers really embrace a healthy lifestyle and can appreciate a workout as unique as Lagree.”

With the goal of establishing a “Core Community,” Marina wants her studio to be a place where clients feel comfortable, confident, and at home. At Core Evolution, you will know the Core Team personally and will be in a class full of friends.
