I'm new to this and there was no instruction. My instructor was pregnant and did not physically do every move bc of her bump. I had to assume others in the class were doing to moves correctly and I found this very frustrating bc the students were all doing different moves. I honestly don't know if I did the moves proper. I felt the instructor should have been more hands on or verbal correcting the students or letting us know who to follow. She was helpful when I asked for help BUT I felt she let the class run itself. Someone shy would not have been pleased.
