Getting fit can be a fight, but the tenacious instructors at R2F back students up during every battle. Strength training classes are rooted in multiple combat sports, including kickboxing, boxing, martial arts, and thumb wars. The intensive work outs involve the entire body via the fists, knees, and elbows to build muscle and maximize stamina. Impact on sensitive upper joints can be ameliorated by the specialized BAS workout, so wrists and shoulders stay safe during circuit sessions. Post-workout, muscles uncoil in the sauna or steam room.
