Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Education is important! I am a Certified Personal Trainer and believe that form is everything! Before class/songs I make a point to show proper form so that students are confident and prevent injuries.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
With my past years experience living in India, I was motivated to share my knowledge with the community. India's upbeat and energetic music along with the fun Bollywood moves makes for a cultural experience!

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing smiles on my students faces! It's worth everything I put into my dance/fitness classes because the most important thing to remember is this: In order to have success in any fitness goal is to do something you love! And for dancing, it is number one in my life!
