Our weekly drum circle will help you get in touch with the Divine of your own understanding and the Divine within you through rhythm and sound. Connect and reconnect with yourself and your community through this amazing and healing drum circle. We have a limited number of extra drums available so come early! Also, please bring your own seat. This is suitable for all levels of drumming, even the completely new participant. This drum circle is offered for a love donation from its participants to help perpetuate it and so it not included in class packages.
A vinyasa flow class that will help to ground you and help you reconnect with your Earth element. This class incorporates pranayama into the flow, helping you incite the organs and tissues of the body to rejuvenate and revitalize. This class is suitable for all levels.
Earth, Wind, & Fire Flow
This class will bring you back to earth with grounding poses, incite the wind that flows through you with breathwork (pranayama) and chanting, and get your fire burning with a challenging multi-level flow. You may even hear some Earth, Wind, and Fire in this fun and funky class. This class is suitable for those with some previous yoga experience and for those with a regular yoga practice.
Ebb & Flow
This class is an invigorating flow suitable for all levels that ends with an extended meditation to help to balance your subtle energies throughout the day. It is suitable for any level of experience.
Elemental Yin/Yang + Nidra
This class will take you through the initial static, seated and reclined poses in order to serve you in advancing to the more dynamic flow that can take place when you tune in to the natural rhythms of your body. We end with the ultimate in relaxation, yoga nidra, to help quiet the mind, tune into the subconscious, and come in close contact with the real YOU! This class is suitable for all levels.
A restorative bi-monthly workshop, sometimes with Reiki and massage, to energize your body and soul. This workshop uses props, which allows poses to be held longer, encouraging deep release and relaxation. Meditate with the sound of crystal bowls and chanting to soothe your soul. Ether Kundalini Yoga and Meditation
Ether governs sound. The chief center of operation of the akasha tattva (ether) is the throat--the space between the collar-bone and the nape of the neck, involving the thyroid, parathyroid, salivary glands and tonsils. The essential secretions of these glands help mold our minds and keep them nourished. This class is suitable for those with some sort of regular physical activity as it can be quite vigorous at times.

Perfect for days when your body is asking for a more still practice or if you'd like to increase your range of motion and flexibility by stretching the connective tissues (ligaments, tendons, and fascia) and enlivening the joints. Solar Mantra & Lunar Meditation
This class will introduce mantras during a 30-minute slow flow asana practice to open the joints and help you get situated in your body for the following 45-minute meditation practice accompanied by mantra chanting or guided meditation exercises. This class is intended to help balance the active (solar) and resting (lunar) energies of your body to help reduce stress and anxiety while providing some energetic release through asana practice. This class is suitable for all levels, even those who have never tried yoga.
A slow flow class incorporating the use of props to facilitate holding poses (asanas) for longer periods of time to allow you to find your seat in the pose, giving you a place to pause in effortless effort. In addition, pranayama (breath control) practices will be introduced to help still the mind. Find your stillness as you float through the asanas! This class is suitable for all levels because of the varied modifications and adaptations.

Please try to arrive 10-15 minutes before the class you'd like to take. This will give you time to sign-in, choose your mat space, and get comfortable.
Please turn OFF the sound on your mobile phone and other devices upon entering the studio.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that will allow you to move and breathe.
Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances, including perfumes, colognes, lotions, and oils.
It is strongly recommended that you engage in your practice on an empty stomach or after you have had a chance to digest your meal.
We encourage you to sign-up for classes early online as Elements Yoga is a very intimate studio with limited space.
