Meet the Founder
Matt Halsrud dedicated his life to helping people. After serving in the United States Marine Corps for six years, Matt became an NRA-certified pistol instructor and chief range-safety officer. Using this knowledge and experience, he founded Central Iowa Impact in 2014.
