What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We take a small family-business approach by getting to know each and every one of our customers personally. We track each member's progress and results daily. CrossFit Together is about community-building and members connecting with one another and supporting one another in achieving their goals.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our coaches are some of the most motivating, positive, and inspiring people you will ever get to know. They make you believe in yourself and your CrossFit Together teammates. We set goals daily and give each member the support, guidance, and encouragement necessary to achieve those goals.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
A young woman from South Boston who I was friends with told me how it changed her life. She had been overweight and had tried just about every type of fitness program out there and achieved little results. Then she discovered CrossFit through a friend of hers, and it changed her life.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people happy and feeling good about themselves.
