Our teachers are Baptiste trained and come from a place of service—we are here to help you! Class sizes are small to allow us time to assist each student, and we teach to every level. You will be challenged to your degree! Classes are offered at various locations, check our schedule.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our community comes together to encourage each other, our teachers are dedicated to raising you up. The practice is dynamic - no class is ever the same! When you stand on your mat, you can be assured that those around you are cheering you on and want you to do well, whatever that means for YOU!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
No other exercise has become part of my life the way yoga has. I am better—from the inside out. Becoming a teacher and bringing the possibilities of yoga to those ready for real change is my way of helping to make this world a better place.

What do you love most about your job?
The people. There is a community among those who practice yoga425 together that is unlike any other. We are real people dealing with our real lives, but we find a judgement-free space on our mats where we find peace. And that sense of peace comes with us when we head back into the world.
