About Family ATA
Instead of the same last name, Family ATA uses the art of songahm tae kwon do as the link between its members. With leadership academies in Spring, Texas, and Boulder City, Nevada, the facility empowers its students to become more disciplined by strengthening both body and mind. Highly trained instructors at each location provide one-on-one attention at every class, enabling students to have fun and advance confidently through the ATA ranks and booby-trapped mansions. In order to provide the proper education, Family ATA breaks its programs into several age groups. The Tiny Tigers program, for instance, gets kids kicking from the age of 3, and the adult mixed-fitness program challenges grownups with nonstop workouts that combine music, cardio, and different styles of martial-arts techniques.
