Shayan Landrum, M.S., L.Ac., half of the founding duo behind SaHa Yoga Therapy, is licensed in acupuncture and focuses on a gentle Japanese style. She studied in China, and during that time volunteered her acupuncture skills in Tibetan refugee camps in Northern India. She's also applied that skill much closer to home, teaching at Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine and serving as the acupuncturist at Exempla Good Samaritan Hospital. She eventually teamed up with Ty Landrum to found SaHa Yoga Therapy and share the therapeutic benefits of yoga with the masses. Their classes aim to alleviate more than a dozen conditions, including insomnia, cardiac disease, and digestive issues.
