The Mindful Body’s staff of trained massage therapists and yoga teachers exhibit expertise in holistic practices, such as Ayurvedic medicine, yoga practice, massage, and hydrotherapy. This is the basis of the wide range of bodywork and lifestyle-education sessions offered at the center. Eight types of massage, including Zen shiatsu, deep tissue, and prenatal, can be enhanced with organic essential oils from Rebecca’s Herbal Apothecary. Nutritional counseling sessions give clients custom menus in line with Ayurvedic principles. In keeping with the spirit of inclusivity, the center is equipped with ample wheelchair accessibility and free parking.
