Our trainers work individually with each client, addressing their specific needs and tracking results in both fitness and therapeutic benefits, such as reduced muscle tightness, pain or inflammation, better sleep, and increased flexibility. Noticeable results are the best incentive to continue!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The Caritas Center is a nonprofit healing center with a strong educational component. We wanted to add a revenue-generating division to our organization that would be in alignment with our healing mission: Zaaz was the perfect adjunct!
