About Wild Woods Brewery
Like many of the best things in life, the idea for Wild Woods Brewery was conceived around a campfire. Founders Jake and Erin Evans grew up in Wisconsin, and the pair shares a love of craft beer and the outdoors. They brewed up the concept for nature-inspired beer while on a camping trip in Crested Butte, Colorado, and opened Wild Woods Brewery in 2012.
Today, Wild Woods is a seven-barrel brewhouse that churns out a variety of year-round and seasonal beers. Most of those creations can be found in the brewery's tap room in Boulder—read on to learn more about a couple of the six year-round offerings:
Treeline IPA: This American-style IPA draws inspiration from the crisp mountain air. It's brewed and dry hopped with a bunch of Centennial and Columbus hops, and then conditioned with juniper berries.
Campfire Red Ale: A nod to the brewery's fireside origins, this red ale is malty, yet slightly sweet. It's brewed with a hint of smokiness and sports a brilliant red hue.
