My son and I came 30 minutes early,and the instructor was very accomodating setting up words puzzles prior to the class. This class was energetic,fun,and relaxing all at the same time . I wanted to join myself.
I also love the way she engaged the children by asking them what they enjoy ,and showing them how to calm down when they get upset.
Finally,my 7 year old loved it ,and its really hard to get him to participate in almost any physical activity .
We love it and we'll continue coming.
