Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
CrossFit BSA is a very positive environment. All coaching is done with positive reinforcement and always with the athlete's best interest at heart. The member's are extremely supportive of one another in and out of the "trenches".

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I believe in being physically fit and active . We have one body and we need to be pro-active in taking care of where we live.

What do you love most about your job?
The joy that an athlete has when they accomplish something they never dreamed they could do. Seeing someone finally believe in themselves..it's awesome!
