Do not bother! This is not a hotel/ inn it's a roach motel falsely advertised. I couldn't stay there , I was scared for my wellbeing.
Customer service is awful! The place is dirty and ghetto and if you're a female GOOD LUCK!
This hotel needs to remodel, the rugs are dirty. I will never go back there
If ya like mold on the ceiling or women and kids in the hall every time you leave then this is the place for you. Rough, and it usually takes a lot to bother me. Staff friendly but no control over occupants. Scary!
The price and location are the best thing about this place. I stay here when I come to florida.
The pool and check in desk looked great and the security was nice, but the building with the rooms was not air conditioned. The rooms had an a.c. unit, but the vents did not turn, so the air blew up toward the window instead of into the room. This made sleeping uncomfortable. Our room also had ghost ants. But you get what you pay for. And for as cheap as it was, it's okay for a place to sleep.
Very disappointed with my stay at the Inn at Boynton Beach. I scheduled my vacation as a Labor Day Getaway and the pictures on Groupon did not reflect a colorful vacation atmosphere, but instead a dreary, dull, depressing room. The walls were beige, carpeting and pictures dull, so different from the tropical scenery on line. After the first night, I gathered my belongings not to return.
First of all the staff was rude. Then the room was dirty, bed unmade, bugs on floor, and smell of mildew. It was not a place that was livable not even for one night. I am requesting to have my money back. I checked in and I checked out the minute I walked in my room. I was there for five mminutes and that was more than enough for me. The smell was so bad. I can't even describe it.
Any mess that customers made was cleaned up quickly. The staff stayed on top of things really well.
