Joy Teriyaki team specializes in preparing Japanese-cuisine dishes. Their signature dish, teriyaki, is one of them. It consists of fish or meat marinated in special sauce and grilled; the sauce is a mix of sugar, ginger, soy sauce, and occasionally sake, and gives teriyaki its unique flavor.
