Foxy Fit Studios, Bridgeton

Foxy Fit Studios uses pole dancing and yoga to help women get fit, feel sexy, and boost their confidence. The schedule includes a wide array of classes including Intro to Pole, Level 2-5 Pole, Twerk Fitness, Sexy Chair, Pole Fitness, and Yoga, as well as a blend of yoga and pole called Polga. The schedule also includes hip-hop, kickboxing, and stiletto fitness for advanced pole-dancing students.
