When Brandon Bahoura founded Pita Way, he was looking to answer a question: can food served fast be healthy? Drawing on culinary inspiration from his aunt and grandmother, Bahoura designed a menu full of Mediterranean classics like shawarma, falafel, and fresh produce. The meats rest in a housemade marinade for 24 hours or more, giving flavors time to mingle. But there's room for more than savory treats on the menu. Pita Way also serves up sweet, rich baklava for dessert.
