We train students for reality based situations, not just Tae Kwon-Do for show. WTA Olympic coach Gary Wilden (6th Dan) oversees all instruction.

What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
Come with the assurance that we are all students with different levels of experience and as our experience increases so does our proficiency. no one will ever look down on other students because of their lack of ability.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I wanted to help change peoples lives.
