Strength B.A., Broken Arrow

Strength BA's owners refuse to label their gym by the kind of exercises that go on; they don't stick to one regimen long enough for that kind of advertising to make sense. They train students according to the CrossFit philosophy, which transitions daily to new kinds of exercises to keep the body from becoming too used to any one form. They construct devious, grueling, back-breaking workouts, from pushing carts full of bricks through the parking lot to hefting weights anchored to the wall, a line of equipment affectionately called "death row", since it's actually a scale model of the River Styx.
