Our small group classes foster an environment of accountability and encouragement. Your coach and fellow members keep up to date on your progress and milestones. Whether you are losing weight or improving your strength or cardio, when you have consistent progress it’s easy to stay motivated!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have always been interested in health and fitness. From a young age I was involved in multiple sports and continue to be as active as possible in and out of the gym. CrossFit is just an extension of that desire to be active and always striving to be a better person in every aspect of life.
What do you love most about your job?
The best part of my job, and CrossFit in general, is when a member accomplishes something they never thought possible. It’s amazing to see the look on someone’s face when they finally get a skill or lift a weight they never could’ve dreamed of before doing CrossFit.
