What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
The Center for Anxiety™ provides evidence-based treatments to adults, adolescents, children. Our clinical staff is exceptionally trained to provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for anxiety and related symptoms. Services are supervised by our director and Harvard psychologist David H. Rosmarin, PhD.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
According to the National Institute of Mental Health, anxiety disorders affect 18.1% of the US population in any given year (> 50,000,000 people). Further, anxiety is highly treatable - often without any medication - yet the vast majority do not receive the help they need.

What do you love most about your job?
We love helping our clients overcome their anxiety! Phobias are so readily treatable - in just one day people can make immense progress. There is nothing like seeing the smile on a client's face at the end of treatment, knowing that they have conquered their fears with courage and strength.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Last year we helped a young woman overcome her fear of going to the local supermarket - she was afraid she'd have a panic attack. She recently sent a "thank you" card informing us that she had just flown all the way to the middle east and back!
